This is a genuine Toto fill value stamped with "ANTI SIPHON 528," which is pretty much an exact part replacement for the fill value that originally came with my Toto toilet.

 What looks different from the kit from anyothers is that the water tube is clear instead of black. It also comes with a black mounting nut, and the water tube port has an added refill adjuster dial part that allows you to adjust the water flow rate.
